Artwork & metadata
Audio Lounge reads artwork and tags from your local files. Rescan after making changes in another tagging application.
USB DAC
Connect and power on the DAC before selecting it. For DoP, confirm that the device supports the requested DSD rate.
Purchases
Lifetime access follows the Apple Account used for purchase. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or moving to another Mac.
Before contacting support
- Update Audio Lounge and macOS.
- Reconnect external drives or USB devices.
- Try a second album or file.
- Note the source format, sample rate, output device, and playback path.
